Payment Policy

Conference fees can be paid by phone, direct debit or credit card. All fees must be paid in full by 19 August 2015.

Accommodation Payment

Accommodation must be booked online when you register to be eligible for the conference rate and must be paid in full by 19 August 2015.

Cancellations

There will be no penalty for accommodation cancellations submitted in writing to anna@imun.com.au until 31 July 2015. Cancellations after this will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked. Failure to check in to the hotel once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked.

Substitution Policy If you register and are unable to attend, substitutions from the same company are encouraged. Details must be submitted in writing to anna@imun.com.au.

Registration

The registration fee covers the full conference program, lunch and morning and afternoon tea and Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner tickets.

To be eligible for the IMUN Financial Member rate, your organisation must be a paid up IMUN member for the 2014–15 financial year.
