GETTING TO THE SHERATON GRAND MIRAGE

The Gold Coast Airport is located 35km (approx 45 minutes) south of the Sheraton GrandMirage. 

The Brisbane International & Domestic Airport is 90km (approx 1hour 20 minute drive) north.

IMUN conference delegates will need to make their own way to the hotel.

IMUN will provide a complimentary coach transfer from the Sheraton Grand Mirage to Gold Coast and Brisbane Domestic and International Airports, departing at 1.30pm sharp on Friday 19 May.  You will be asked to reserve a seat when you arrive and register for the conference.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

These are convenient options as they drop you right to the hotel.

The Gold Coast Airport shuttle service is approx AUD $21 one way and travel time is approx 1 hour and 10 minutes. It is not necessary to book prior to arriving at the airport as the shuttle meets all arriving flights.  Look for the Shuttle Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall.  If you prefer you can book your seat online at www.gcshuttle.com.au or call Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle on 1300 655 655.

Con-X-Ion offers Gold Coast and Brisbane Airport shuttle services.  The Gold Coast Service is $22 one way and travel time is approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes. The Brisbane Airport shuttle service is $49 one way and travel time is approx 1 hour 20 minutes.  For this service you must pre-book your seat online at www.con-x-ion.com or by calling Con-X-ion on 1300 266 946.

TRAIN (only available from Brisbane Airport):

At Brisbane Airport board the Airtrain which is located outside the Arrivals Hall at both the Domestic and International Airports. Travel to Helensvale station (approximately 1hr 10mins). The fare is approx AUD$30 each way. From Helensvale station take a taxi to the hotel. The cost of taxi fare is approx AUD$25 and travel time is approx 20 minutes.

TAXI

From the Gold Coast Airport the fare will be approx AUD$75 and travel time is approx 45 minutes.

From Brisbane Airport the fare will be approx AUD$240-270 and travel time is approx 1 hour 20 minutes.

LIMOUSINE TRANSFER

You may prefer to book a car to meet your flight.  In peak traffic times this may be cheaper than a taxi.  It is also a good option if travelling in a small group and with light luggage. 

A limousine from the Gold Coast Airport will be AUD$95 one way and travel time is approx 45 minutes. A limousine from from Brisbane Airport will be AUD$250 and travel time is approx 1 hour 20 minutes. PARKING AT THE HOTEL

Undercover self-parking is available free-of-charge to all conference delegates.  Valet parking is available at $30/day.
