Payment Policy

Conference fees can be paid by phone, direct debit or credit card. All fees must be paid in full by Friday 5th May 2017.

Accommodation Payment

Accommodation must be booked online when you register to be eligible for the conference rate and must be paid in full by Friday 5th May 2017 

Cancellations

There will be no penalty for accommodation cancellations submitted in writing to admin@imun.com.au until Friday 5 May 2017. Cancellation of Conference registrations after 5 May 2017 will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked. Failure to check in to the hotel once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a 100 per cent cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of accommodation booked.

If you register and are unable to attend, substitutions from the same company are encouraged. Details must be submitted in writing to admin@imun.com.au.

 Registration

The registration fee covers the full conference program, lunch, morning and afternoon tea and Welcome BBQ and Dinner Tickets.

 To be eligible for the IMUN Financial Member rate, your organisation must be a paid up IMUN member for the 2016-17 financial year

Privacy

The purpose of our collection of your personal information is to process your conference registration and to market the IMUN Conference.  You may make a request to gain access to your personal information that we have collected or to opt out of future communications by emailing admin@imun.com.au.

We will disclose your personal information to our conference sponsors. They may use this to market their products or services directly to you – before or after – the conference.  You can nominate not to have your personal details provided to a third party during the registration process.
