Check-in
Hotel check-in is at 2pm. However, if you wish to guarantee early check-in prior to 2pm, the room may be reserved from the previous evening at the applicable rate.

Check-out
Hotel check-out is at 12pm. Late check-out can be offered until 6pm at 50% of the respective room rate, subject to availability. Thereafter an additional night’s room charge will apply.

Smoking Rooms Availability
There is a limited number of Smoking rooms throughout the hotel and the designation will be subject to availability at the time of registration.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of guest rooms need to be made 48 hours before arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room rate.

For all confirmed reservations that result in “No Show” on the scheduled date of arrival, the Hotel will charge a one- night's room rate.
