Sponsorship Opportunities
During the ICME 2015 various sponsorship opportunities exist for all companies who would like to be part of the ICME 2015 Conference. Please note that sponsorship is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Platinum package includes:

Conference Bag Insert: Single page inserts (maximum size A4). Inserts to be produced and shipped by the exhibitor at their own expense. Material is to be provided by the sponsor 2 weeks before the conference in Istanbul.
Full Conference Registration: For 4 pre-nominated persons which allow entry to conference sessions and include refreshments, lunches and attendance at the opening ceremony and reception.

Exhibitors’ passes and security
Exhibitors will be issued with two Exhibitor badges which will allow exhibitors access to the exhibition – including build-up and breakdown. These badges MUST be worn at all times, with no exception. This will not include access to conference sessions and dinning for which separate full registration is required.
If the exhibitor wishes to have additional staff, they will have to register and pay the full delegate registration fee which is AED 1500 till June 30, 2015 (Early bird) and AED 1700 from July 01, 2015 onwards.
Exhibitors will be responsible for the security of their own stands for the duration of the exhibition. Further to this, a company representative must be at the stand at all times, including at build-up, breakdown and open time. All exhibitors should have their own public liability insurance.
Stand Buildup
All exhibitors will be able to start equipping building their stands by 6 pm on Oct 14, 2015. Please note that you need to register at the registration desk to collect your exhibition pass. You will need a copy of your invoice / confirmation of payment slip to register.
Duration of Exhibition
The exhibition will be open to conference delegates from 8 am Oct 15 to 5 pm Oct 18, 2015. Please note that all stands must be manned for the duration of open time.
Stand Breakdown
All stands must be dismantled on Oct 18, 2013 within 3 hours after closing of the conference with all items being removed from the exhibition hall.
Security
Security around the perimeter of the building is provided.

Offers of sponsorship and/or requests for exhibition stands must be received before Aug10, 2015. Orders received after that date will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
Cancellation
These conditions apply for the ordering of stands and the insertion of documents in conference bag.
Before Aug 31, 2015: refund of 70% of the total amount paid.
After Aug 31, 2015: no refund
