Fueled by the ICCVM-International Conference on Communication in Veterinary Medicine, the 'Improving Animal & Practice Health: Veterinary Communication Summit' will be held on April 26-28, 2019 at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.
Come to the Canadian Rockies and learn how to move your practice into a new better version of itself! Communication with clients, teams, specialist, GP’s is rated to be one of the top 3 factors essential for veterinary practice success and adaptability in a rapidly changing world.
A highly interactive program is being designed to meet the needs of all members of the practice team. Sessions will be facilitated by world leaders in the area of veterinary communication, people that work hand in hand in the trenches with practices, and practice personnel for the past 25 years.
This meeting is designed to provide hands on practical skills and knowledge essential for handling money conversation, improving client recall and compliance with treatment plans, giving and receiving feedback essential for change and growth, leading a practice with integrity, communicating skillfully with media trolls , taking a thorough history to enhance accuracy and much more.
