Each exhibit table and sponsor registration is an application. The IBPA Board of Directors reserves the right to review vendors applications and will email a confirmation to confirm their participation with the conference within 2 weeks of the application being submitted via mail, fax or online.. IBPA reserves the right to review and approve all advertisements submitted for the program.
