Registration Fees

The IAU 15th General Conference registration fees are displayed in the below table. Please note that they are payable in Euro (€) only.

Online registration closes on 6 November 2016 (Paris time). However, on-site registration in Bangkok will be possible (please refer to on-site rates). Only participants registered online will receive preprinted badges and be included in the participants list distributed on site.

Registration fees include:

- 3 day conference programme
- access to all conference sessions
- conference documents and background documents;
- wi-fi access;
- breaks (x 5);

- Reception hosted by Bangkok Metropolitan Authority (BMA) on 15 November
Evening Programme Package include: 

- 13 November: Inaugural Ceremony and Welcome Reception to commemorate the 100 years of University System in Thailand hosted by Chulalongkorn University
- 14 November: Conference Gala Dinner at Chulalongkorn University (Cultural presentation, access to the museum, etc.)

Cancelation policy:

In case you are not able to attend, please note that requests for reimbursement must be sent to IAU by 6 October 2016 at the latest (€ 50.00 will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed for the administration costs). No reimbursement will be made after this date. Thank you for your understanding.
