Our Info Desk is located in MAAG Halle Foyer during the Plenary Sessions and at Renaissance Tower 1st Floor during Workshops. It’s open from 09.00 to 18.00

Conference Office
The Conference Office is located in Renaissance Tower 2nd Floor, “Bernina” Room.
Open from 08.30 to 19.00, is responsible for:
- Registrations (from 14.09.2015)
- Reservation of Bilateral Meeting Rooms
- Questions regarding Registration Fees, Invoices, etc
- Conference Management Office
- Media Accreditations
