Only members being up-to-date with payments of their annual dues are accepted. The IAP Secretariat might refuse registration from members being in areas.
Applications for visa must be made well in advance of the Conference. If participants encounter any difficulties due to lack of adequate visa, the host will not be in a position to assist.
