Terms of cancellation & refunds
General information
Participation is open to all members of the International Association of Prosecutors, formally designated representatives of organizational members and invited observers. Registration must be received by mail, fax or online. Only registrations accompanied by full payment can be accepted.
Upon receipt of the registration form and your full payment, the IAP Conference Unit will send you a voucher confirming your registration. If this has not reached you within four weeks of your submission, please contact: iapzurich2015@ba.admin.ch
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 500. All places at the conference will be distributed on a “first-come, first-served” basis. For this reason you are requested to register well in advance before the conference.
Neither the International Association of Prosecutors nor the Conference Host shall be liable for delay or failure to organize the conference if such delay or failure is due to fire, earthquake, flood, strike, labor dispute, war, government order, riot, revolution, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the two organizers or either of them.
Participants can choose between three payment options:

- On-site payment (cash or credit card)On-site payment options have a small additional charge on the standard registration fees due to the additional costs that those methods of payment generate to our organization.
Please note that we only accept payment in Swiss Francs (CHF).For on site cash payments we also accept USD and Euros notes. Change is given back in Swiss Francs only and a daily currency exchange rate will be used.

Upon completion of registration participants will receive all details needed to make the payment.
CREDIT CARD OR BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT
Please note the following points when paying registration fees by credit card or bank transfer:1. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
2. Please pay in full amount and in Swiss Francs. Any charges related to a bank transfer rest solely with payer. Please note that the fee has to be transferred in your name which must be stated on the receipt.
3. Bank transfer needs to be conducted within 4 working days of your registration, otherwise the registration may be considered invalid
4. Please expect from 1 to 5 working days to receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt of bank transfer payment. If after 5 working days you still haven't received a payment confirmation from us, please contact us: iapzurich2015@ba.admin.ch

3. The participant is obligated to pay the applicable or agreed price for the Conference registration by the day of arrival in Zurich at the very latest, otherwise he/she won't be able to attend the Conference
4. Shall the participant not showing in Zurich or change the number of days of participation without prior inform the organisers, the Conference Host reserve the right to demand full payment of the invoice
5. Shall the invoice not be settled by the 15th of October 2015, the amount of payment will be raised of 5 percent. After this date, non-payers will be legally pursued.

- Opening Ceremony and President's Reception
- Conference Dinner
- Networking Event
- Farewell Lunch
- Transportation related to the Social Program
- Round trip train ticket: Zurich-Kloten Airport - Central Train Station - Conference Area
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks within the official Conference Program
- All lunches within the official Conference Program
- Conference bag
- List of participants and accompanying persons
Day Participants are entitled to the following:
- All official documentation including Conference Program and proceedings
- Social Program and transfers related to the day(s) of participation
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks of the program day(s) of participation
- Round trip train ticket: Zurich-Kloten Airport - Central Train Station - Conference Area
- Lunches related to the programme on the day(s) of participation
- Conference bag
- List of participants and accompanying persons
Accompanying Persons are entitled to the following:
- Opening Ceremony and President's Reception
- Conference Dinner
- Networking Event
- Farewell Lunch
- All transfers related to the Social Program
- Round trip train ticket: Zurich-Kloten Airport - Central Train Station - Conference Area
- Conference bag
- Accompanying persons part-day tour (Tuesday)
- Accompanying persons full-day tour (Wednesday)
- List of participants and accompanying persons
Please note that the registration fees do not include accommodation and travel to Switzerland
Terms of cancellation & refunds
Cancellations received: prior or on 15 July 2015 prior or on 20 August 2015 after 20 August 2015 100 % of the registration fee will be refunded, except for 50 CHF to cover administration expenses 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded We regret that no refunds will be issued.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 1 week before Conference Opening day, provided that full details are submitted to the Conference Unit
