The HUDSON VALLEY VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S ASSOCIATION EXPO 2014 will be taking place on Friday, June 20th at the West Glens Falls Fire House while the Officers, Directors and Firemen register and attend various meetings.. The EXPO will be from 8 am until 2 pm with a set up time beginning at 6:30 am. If you feel you will need more time to set up please contact Plan Ahead Events.

Directions
The West Glens Falls Fire House is located just off Exit 18 off of 1-87. Turn right onto Main Street. Go .5 miles and turn left onto Richardson Street. Once on Richardson Street go .2 miles to Luzerne Road and the Fire Department will be at that intersection.
Room Block
Plan Ahead Events has set aside a block of rooms for Exhibitors at the Holiday Inn, Rt 9, Lake George located at Exit 20 of 1-87. Rooms are blocked for Thursday, Friday and Saturday at a rate of $169 per night. If you would like to book please call Plan Ahead Events for the code.
Exhibit Information
Each booth consists of one 8' table with linen and two chairs. Signage will be provided if requested. There will be electricity available but please be sure to state on your registration form that you will need access to electricity. Coffee and snacks are available during set up Friday morning. We will provided exhibitors with 2 box lunches and 2 drinks per inside and outside booth.
