Extend your Stay
We have negotiated a special rate for HUG Conference attendees who wish to stay before and/or after the event (checking in before Sunday, and checking out after Wednesday).
Charleston, SC has a great deal to offer and we realize you may need a little more time to experience it. We encourage you to extend your stay at the Belmond Charleston Place for up to three (3) nights before and/or after the HUG conference dates of April 19th - 22nd at the special conference rate of $299 per night, plus taxes and service charges for a single-occupancy room (based on availability). The option to extend is first-come, first served, and based on hotel availability. An extension of your stay is in addition to your HUG conference fees; any charges you incur will be your responsibility upon checkout. Meals and excursions will also be your responsibility.
Hotel extended stay costs (room, resort fees, etc.) are due at the time of booking. An extension of your stay is in addition to the HUG conference fee, any charges you incur before Sunday, or after Wednesday will be your responsibility upon checkout.
