Houston Oil & Gas HR Forum on Thursday, April 30th, 2015 in Houston,
TX, USA.
The rapid emergence of shale resources, the Mexican energy reform, the unwinding of the big crew change and the recent market volatility are reshaping the industry landscape in the Americas forcing us to rethink our business models and set forth new capabilities. This implies transforming our organizations around new ways of working and new competencies; it also requires onboarding and developing new talent and letting a new generation of leaders emerge that is capable of making that transformation happen.
The Forum will intertwine points of view, debates and work session on the appropriate response for HR Managers and for Industry Leaders.
