Robert Drummond President, North America Schlumberger Business Consulting Robert Drummond began his career with Schlumberger as a Wireline field engineer in 1984. His Schlumberger career has included operations and marketing management positions throughout North America. From 2000 to 2003 he served as Vice President/General Manager for Atlantic Canada. From 2004 to 2007 he served as Vice President/General Manager for US Land, followed by Vice President of Global Sales from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 through 2010 he served as Vice President/General Manager for the Gulf of Mexico, leading to President of North America Offshore & Alaska from May 2010 to December 2010. In 2011 he began his current position as President of North America. Robert serves on the Board of Directors of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA); the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA); and the Greater Houston Partnership. He also serves on the API Upstream Committee, as an Advisory Board Member of the University of Houston Global Energy Management Institute (GEMI) and the University of Alabama College of Engineers. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in mineral-petroleum engineering from the University of Alabama. He is married and has two lovely daughters. |
