Once again, facilitated by DTD Training, it will provide an insight into the core requirements needed to implement and manage effective health and safety leadership and management within organisations including supply chains.

Aims
To provide those attending with an insight into the core requirements to implement and manage an effective health and safety leadership and management in their organisations including their supply chain.

Objectives
To ensure that delegates understand the importance of effective leadership and management and how it impacts on their legal, contractual and organisational performance.

Expected Outcomes
Delegates will receive updates on relevant HSE and Government guidance including the recent changes advised with regard to Health and Safety Management (HSG 65) and Ofsted and be guided as to the extent to which they need to review and / or improve their leadership and management processes.

Who Should Attend
The topic should attract leaders and managers of organisations of all sizes and nature. It is likely to attract those with health and safety knowledge and experience who want to fine tune skills, keep / check they are up to date and maintain their CPD. It should also attract those without health and safety knowledge and experience but who have designated responsibility and authority in their organisations.
