Cancellation & Refund Terms
Conference cancellations received on or before 19 February 2015 will receive a refund less an administration fee of $75.00. Cancellations received between 19 February and 10 April 2015 will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee. If payment has not been made at the time of cancellation the administration/cancellation fee will remain payable. No refunds will be made if cancellations are received on or after 10 April 2015.

Substitutions are welcome with an additional administration fee of $50.00 and must be notified in writing.  

Any amendments, substitutions and/or cancellations must be notified in writing (email acceptable) to Auaha Conferences & Events, email HCHAconference@auaha.co.nz or PO Box 14-703, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241. Reference ‘HCHA Conference 2015’ in all correspondence.

Registrations may not be shared.

Disclaimer

Neither the Organising Committee of HCHA Conference 2015 and its constituent members acting as organisers (known collectively as ‘the Organisers’), nor Home & Community Health Association or Auaha Ltd, can accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers), if such loss is caused or results from the act, default or omission of any person other than an employee or agent of the organisers or Auaha Ltd.  In particular, neither the Organisers nor Auaha Ltd can accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the Organisers or Auaha accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/ or partners in connection with the HCHA Conference 2015, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the HCHA Conference 2015.  Neither the Organisers nor Auaha Ltd is able to give any warranty that any published speaker or performer will appear as a speaker, panellist or performer. The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the programme and its contents as they see fit and as circumstances dictate without further recourse to any registered delegate or attendee.

Only registered delegates will be admitted to HCHA Conference 2015 sessions.  Delegate fees do not include accommodation charges.  Registration reservations are unconfirmed until payment is received.  The liability of the Organisers and Auaha Ltd shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, neither the Organisers nor Auaha Ltd shall be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. Delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance.
