This conference begins with the opening evening on May 10th and ends with the evening conference session on May 12th. The optional tour starts on May 13th and ends on May 17th (ECI Educational Tour) or May 18th (GPC International Tour) in the morning.

Rooming Information
On the online registration link you can indicate if and with whom you would like to share a room with. If you would like to share a room but do not have a roommate, Keshet will try its utmost to find you a suitable roommate. In the event that a suitable roommate is not available, you will need to pay the single room price.

Israel Visa and Passport Requirements
Passports: To enter Israel, a passport valid for a minimum of six months from the date of leaving Israel is required!
Visas: Some nationals need a visa for entering Israel. Please click here to find out if you need a prearranged visa for your stay.
Arrival Times
We highly suggest that when you are ready to book your flight, you try your best to arrive in Israel somewhere between 11am and 5p.m. on May 10th. Check-in at the hotel is at 3p.m. and dinner is served usually starting at 6p.m.
Airport transfer to and from the hotel
Each participant will travel independently from Ben Gurion airport to Ramada Hotel in Jerusalem upon arrival and from Ramada Hotel to Ben Gurion airport upon departure. There are 2 options for airport transport to Jerusalem:
Private Taxi: follow the signs in the airport for taxis. These taxis (white cars with yellow taxi signs) will drive you directly to your destination (Ramada Hotel Jerusalem, Ruppin Bridge at Herzl Blvd.). A taxi from the airport to Jerusalem can cost anywhere between USD 80-100. For departure, order a taxi through the Hotels reception desk.
- Nesher Sheirut Service (shared taxi): exit the ground floor and to your right will be the ‘Sheirut’ stand. Board a ‘Nesher Sheirut’ to Jerusalem. This is a shared taxi service that carries up to 10 passengers. This service will also drive you directly to your destination but keep in mind that they drop people off in geographical order, so you may be the last of the 10 passengers to be dropped off at your destination. This service costs approximately USD 20 per person. For departure day, please have the hotel order this service at least 24 hours in advance by calling +972-(0)2-625-7227.
