GENERAL INFORMATION

GMM 2016 starts on Sunday 22nd May at 12:00 noon local time at the Westin Grand Munich and finishes with breakfast on Wednesday 25th May 2016.

Accommodation has been pre-booked by Danfoss for arrivals on Sunday 22nd May and departures on Wednesday 25th May 2016.

Danfoss will provide accommodation for you on Saturday 21st May should you be unable to get a flight to Munich which will arrive in time for the start of the conference.

HOTEL & CONFERENCE
The Westin Grand Munich is located in downtown Munich and will host the conference. There are excellent transport options to central Munich for those wishing to explore the city on pre or post days. The hotel boasts many outlets from Asian inspired eateries to the traditional Bavarian cuisine which Munich is famous for!

ARRIVING IN MUNICH
Transportation from Munich Airport to the Westin Grand Hotel has been pre-arranged by Danfoss.
Each participant will receive joining instructions detailing the arrival transfer (time, pick-up location, etc) on their pre-event email, approx. one week before the event starts.

Transfer time from Munich Airport to the Westin Grand Hotel is approx. 35 minutes.

TRAVEL RESERVATIONS
It is your own responsibility to make your travel arrangements to Munich.

VISA APPLICATION
Should you require a visa, you will need a company invitation letter and a hotel confirmation letter to support your German visa application.

We will need your date of birth to complete the letter.
We will then email you the letter once it has been processed by the Westin Grand Munich.

For the company invitation letter, please contact: danfoss@venuesworld.com and we will get the company invitation letter from Danfoss for you.
