We have reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance for a discount rate of $303.00 (plus taxes and fees).  We can only guarantee you a room at the reduced rate until February 16, 2018.

Grantees are responsible for reserving and paying for your own hotel rooms. Grant funds may be used to pay for rooms, taxes, and fees, as well as other costs allowable under federal regulations.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is noon.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please be sure to notify the hotel at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

HOTEL PARKING

• On-site parking, fee: $43.10 daily (includes tax and in/out privileges)
• Valet parking, fee: $53.10  daily (includes tax and in/out privileges)
• Two electric car charging stations: $43.10 per stay

NOTE:  No vans are allowed in the parking garage. Height clearance is 6 feet, 4 inches.
