If supporting your presentation with PowerPoint, please ensure that the format for your presentation is 16:9 (Widescreen).  We have provided a PowerPoint Template for you to create your presentation to ensure a professional technical show. 

As a way to be more effective in handling the presentation of all our speakers, we would appreciate to send us the file of your presentation by clicking here, and login with the username and password that we have assigned you. Check your emails for an email from Karen Hanna or contact supportgroningen@upaep.mx.

Before uploading your presentation, please keep in mind the following important information:

  • The deadline to upload your presentation is Monday, April 7, 2019 at 23:59 hours, Mexico time (GMT – 6 hrs)
  • You can upload a single presentation file, so we recommend that if you want to show information from different sources, insert them into your file or create links to internet sites. All the rooms will have a laptop to make presentations and all laptops will have an internet connection.
  • The allowed file formats are Power Point (*.pptx) and PDF, with a maximum weight of 25MB.
  • If your presentation will be done in conjunction with another person (s) (such as a panel), they will receive an email like this to upload their own presentations. If all the presenters will talk about a single presentation, it is enough for one of them to upload it; in this case we suggest to agree with your co-presenters.
  • If you have any questions or problems to upload your presentation on the site, you can write to the support address supportgroningen@upaep.mx where we will gladly help you (please keep in mind the time difference to meet your request and give you an answer).
 Please advise if you require internet access or will use any other presentation tools we should be aware of. The meeting rooms will be equipped with:

  • screen & data projector
  • lectern mic
  • presentation laptop 
  • remote mouse
  • radio mics for questions from the floor 
  • WiFi internet connection. Log in credentials will be provided.
We will have audio visual support on site.
