The GCMAS Annual Meeting offers exhibitors the opportunity to interact with physicians, clinicians and researchers involved in movement analysis throughout the United States and beyond. The expertise and knowledge you provide enhances the meeting experience of all attendees.

Meeting Schedule (schedule coming soon)

• Tutorials will take place throughout the day on Tuesday, May 22nd at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Downtown Union Station.
• The Exhibit Hall will be open for set-up Tuesday, May 22nd from 8:00am-6:00pm in the Crowne Plaza’s Grand Hall.
• The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00pm in the Crowne Plaza’s Grand Hall.
• The Exhibit Hall (Grand Hall) will be open from 7:00am-5:00pm Wednesday, May 23 and Thursday May 24.
• Wednesday and Thursday mornings will feature Exhibitor/Poster sessions.
• Wednesday and Thursday afternoons will include lunch with the Vendors.
• Vendor breakdown is Thursday 5:00-6:00pm and 9:00-10:00pm.
• The GCMAS banquet will be Thursday evening 6:00-9:00pm.

User Group Meetings
If you are interested in hosting a User Group meeting, the Program committee has designated time on Wednesday evening following the day’s program. Vendors who are interested in holding a user group meeting within the Crowne Plaza should contact Jen Virden (317-236-7444; jenvirden@genhotels.com) for assistance with obtaining a meeting room within the hotel, as well as with any food and beverages needs you may have.

Exhibit Hall/Booth Selection
Exhibit booths will be located in the Crowne Plaza’s Grand Hall, and provides approximately 11,000 square feet of space for exhibit booths and food and beverages for attendees. Posters will be displayed among the exhibitor’s booths in the Grand Hall, as well. Complimentary wireless internet access will be available throughout the conference venue, including the exhibitor/poster area.

The layout for exhibitor booths can be viewed at https://www.eiseverywhere.com/docs/2059/197132. The areas for booths have designated as A, B, C, and D. During the registration process, please indicate your booth selection from among those available at the time of your registration.

The process of selecting a company to provide exhibitor services is underway. Details will be made available on this site once they are available.

Booth Rates
Exhibitor registration includes complimentary attendance at all Conference functions for 3 people per booth space, including the Welcome Reception and Banquet, to allow interactions with attendees in a more social setting. Additional exhibit staff can register at a reduced rate.

Each booth space will be 8’ x 10’ (view booth layout at https://www.eiseverywhere.com/docs/2059/197132). The cost of each booth in the areas designated as “A”, “B” and “D” will be $2,700. The cost of each booth in the area designated as “C” will be $2,500. In each area, an exhibitor booth will include:

• 3 conference registrations
• One 6ft tables, chairs, electricity, pipe & drape
• Special recognition signage, website and proceedings
