Is there a charge for this Conference?
No. Dell SecureWorks is happy to cover all fees associated with travel and accommodations. However, please note that you will be asked to present a credit card at hotel check-in to cover any incidentals you may incur while staying in the hotel (room service, movie rentals, etc.).
Am I responsible for booking my own travel and room?
No. In order for your travel and accommodations to be covered, Dell SecureWorks must make all arrangements and reservations.
Do I just take a taxi from the airport?
No. Dell SecureWorks will provide car service upon your arrival at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
If I book my own travel, will I be reimbursed?
No. Unfortunately, any travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, or transportation services made outside of Dell SecureWorks cannot be reimbursed.
If I can not attend, may I give my invitation to my colleague?
No. Unfortunately, invitations to the Global Client Forum are non-transferable.
