What is FUSION17?
Mincron Software Systems and Dancik International are now part of the Kerridge Commercial Systems group of companies. Both Mincron and Dancik have historically hosted annual User Conferences. FUSION17 is the first annual combined user conference for the North American Kerridge Commercial Systems group of companies.

FUSION17 will bring together experts from around the world ensuring a varied program full of learning, networking opportunities and fun! The agenda will include guest speakers and breakout sessions focused on all areas of your software to make sure you are leveraging your investments with Mincron and Dancik to improve your company's operating performance.

When and where is the conference?
October 15 - 18, 2017, at The Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

Who should attend the conference?
All Dancik and Mincron customers are invited to attend. The conference has something for everyone! We recommend the conference for corporate executives, IT personnel, accounting, sales and operations managers and team members, branch managers and training managers, warehouse managers, purchasing agents.... in fact, everyone in your company can find benefits in attending!

How do I register?
We offer convenient on-line registration. Simply click the "New Registration" button located on the right hand side of the website to register!

How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $1,049.00 per person. Register on or before July 2, 2017, to receive the "Early Bird" discounted registration fee of $949.00 per person!

Are there discounts for multiple attendees from the same company?
We are pleased to offer group discounts. Simply register more than three attendees at the Early Bird or Regular Conference Registration Rate, and attendees number four and up will receive a 35% discount off their registration fee. This offer expires September 8, 2017. You must register all attendees on one registration form and enter discount code 35off in order to receive this discount.

What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee is your ticket into the event. It entitles you to attend the Conference Opening and Closing Sessions, all breakout and design sessions, the Solutions Lounge, the Solutions Lounge reception, and all evening planned networking social activities. It also covers all of your conference meals, including alcoholic beverages during evening receptions and events.

Does it include the cost of my hotel room?
No. Hotel accommodations are outside the cost of the registration fee. Hotel rooms are available at our specially negotiated rate of $184.00 / night (single or double) occupancy.

Can I stay somewhere else and still attend the conference?
All conference attendees MUST utilize The Sheraton New Orleans Hotel accommodations in order to attend the conference.

How do I register at the hotel?
You can make your hotel reservation online by clicking here. Once you submit your conference registration, you will receive an email confirmation which will also contain instructions on how to reserve your hotel room.

How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?
You will have the opportunity to print a copy of your registration invoice when you complete your conference registration. You will also be provided with a link to download a copy of your invoice when you receive your confirmation email.

Why is there free time on Tuesday afternoon?
We have purposely left Tuesday afternoon free of breakout sessions so that conference attendees can relax and enjoy the local attractions and continue their networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Why go to an exciting destination if you don't have time to enjoy it? Registered attendees will receive information about some planned excursions in a few weeks. These activities are optional and require an additional fee.

What is the dress code for the conference?
We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so feel free to dress either "business casual" or in your most comfortable blue jeans!

What if I want to bring my spouse? Do they have to pay a registration fee?
Spouses and guests are more than welcome at all meal and recreational activities and there are no conference registration fees involved. If your spouse or guest is not going to attend any of the conference meals or activities, then there is no charge for bringing them with you and there is nothing additional you need to do. However, if your spouse or guest is going to attend the meals and activities, then there is a $195 / day charge to cover the cost of the meals (including taxes and service charges).

To register a spouse or guest, simply add them to your registration form when it asks whether you are bringing a spouse or guest.

If your spouse / guest works at the same company as you and is going to attend the conference sessions, then they must be registered as a "Conference Attendee".

Are there any additional fees for conference meals and evening activities?
No, these are all included in your conference and hotel registration fees. There are additional charges for Tuesday afternoon's excursions. More information on these excursions and their associated charges will be provided to registered attendees within the next several weeks.

What if I register and cannot attend?
We recognize that circumstances sometimes dictate that you will not be able to attend an event for which you are registered. If you register and are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute another attendee in your place up to the day the conference starts. If a substitute is not available, you may receive a full refund of your conference registration fee (less a $75.00 administrative charge) if notice is provided prior to September 8, 2017. After that date, no refunds will be given.

How do I modify, change or cancel my registration?
To view, modify, change or cancel your conference registration, simply click the Modify Registration button located on the right hand side of the website. Enter your email address and last name, and then follow the on-screen prompts.
