BREAKOUTS, ROUNDTABLES AND LABS

We have narrowed the topics to those that are top-of-mind for franchisees and your business needs based on your input and feedback. We have eliminated the ‘path/role’ but have topics that fall into various categories. Categories include:

•    Fall Risk and Mobility
•    Recruitment and Retention
•    Quality and Customer Service
•    Leadership and Strategic Planning
•    Legal Concerns and Topics
•    Marketing and Digital Necessity
•    Change Management

 

 

This year, the sessions are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and seating is limited so you want to arrive on time to get seated.  IF a session is full, there will be other breakouts going on simultaneously that you may attend.  Many of the sessions are repeated so you will have more flexibility in attending. Lots of great third-party subject matter experts, franchisee panels sharing successes & best practices as well as vendors.

 

• Breakouts are scheduled for:
  *   Friday, Oct. 23, 11:00am -12:30pm and 2:00pm-3:30pm
  *   Saturday, Oct. 24, 10:30am-Noon and 2:30pm-4:00pm
  
  
• Vendor Roundtables to be held Friday, Oct. 23 from 4:00pm-5:00pm

• New this year are LABS! Learning centers open throughout the day held after the General Sessions. Stop in, get hands on demos and information on Friday and Saturday!
