Brexit: What next for financial services in the UK... and Scotland?
Simon Morris and Stephen Phillips, partners at CMS Cameron McKenna, and Alastair MacLean, Head of Group Legal at Baillie Gifford & Co., will discuss the following key questions:
- What does Brexit actually mean for financial services?
- What is the Brexit process and timetable?
- What are the political pressures, and how will these affect the outcome?
- Are there any steps financial services organisations can take in light of so much uncertainty?
- How different is the position of Scotland from the rest of the UK?
The seminar and discussion will take place from 17.30 to 19.00, followed by networking drinks from 19.00 to 20.00.
