FRS Leadership FY18 – FAQ

How were the passes allotted:  That basis for the staffing is number of kiosks, comparison to pass allotments from previous FRS events and our expertise in staffing Tier 1 events.  Please keep in mind that it is our understanding the only reason the people are receiving the booth staffing passes is to work solely in the Expo.  If they have other job duties at FRS Leadership FY18, then it would be best to reassign the passes to those that can commit their full time to working in the Expo.

I have partners that will be staffing in my area, can I get additional passes for them: Partner passes are included in your allotment.

Should presenters be included on this list: No, this list is only for booth staffing. 

I notice this is a PRE-Registration list, will there be an Official registration:  Yes, an official registration invitation to FRS Leadership FY18 will be sent under a separate cover.  

Will I have access to the room block:  Yes if registration is completed by January 31, we will have you in either the Palazzo or Venetian ($285.00).  This is option will be available when your official registration is sent.  Hotel confirmation will be sent 2 week prior to travel.  Cancellation must be received by February 13th

What if I have cancellation or modification to the list: You may modify your registration using the Registration link.  Final date to do all changes is February 10th.

What if I don’t know my names by February 10th: Please be advised that a delay in submitting your names could result in late registration invitations and additional costs to book flights. Also if names are not been provided in a timely manner, it is our understanding that the passes will not be needed and we can repurpose them. 

Will the Pre-Registration list stay open after February 10th: Yes, the list will be open until February 17th for modifications or cancellations to existing registrations.  Please note that hotel rooms need to be confirmed or cancelled by February 10th

How can I check if my team has registered/All my passes are gone – what happened:  Please go to the following link to check your allotment and registration.  Please also be advised that in many cases, the registration link does get sent out to many people so if you are pending filling names into your allotment, please check to make sure someone else did not take your pass.  If that is the case, let me know and we will get it addressed.
