Due to the weather and field conditions at Morgan Falls Park, we are postponing IHG Foundation Field Day until October. Watch for a new date and more information coming soon, when all the fun and activities will return in support of the IHG Foundation.
Event Description
Join IHG's senior leaders for an afternoon of fun activities at Morgan Falls Athletic Complex in support of the IHG Foundation. For each activity a colleague takes part in, IHG will make a donation* to the IHG Foundation on their behalf.
As part of this registration site, you can pledge the number of activities you plan to take part in during Field Day. In addition to Field Day, you have the entire week of September 11th to participate in IHG® Foundation Week. You can pledge any activities for that week at www.ihgfoundationweek.com.
*IHG donations up to USD $350,000.
What Activities Can I Take Part In?
There will be lots of activities to help you support the IHG Foundation including:
Getting There
Please plan to drive to the park. Due to limited parking, we ask that all colleagues carpool. VIP priority parking will be provided for those with four (4) or more in their car, as space allows.
When to Arrive/Leave
All colleagues should arrive no later than 1 p.m. to check in at the registration table. Plan to stay until 4 p.m. Following field day, colleagues can go home. If you do not attend field day, regular work hours will apply.
Attire
Casual. You are welcome to change into sports attire for the field day.

• *Kickball (Captains will submit full team roster during the registration process)
• *Cornhole (Captains will submit full team roster during the registration process)
• Interactive Games
• Volunteer activities to benefit local organizations as part of the IHG Foundation*NOTE: You must choose between kickball and cornhole as they will both be happening at the same time.
