PAYMENTS:  All pricing on this website and registration form is in British pounds. Full payment for the conference and options is due at time of registration; your participation is only confirmed when all payment has been successfully processed. 

Payment methods:

• Wire/bank transfer to our UK conference account 

• Cancellation of the CONFERENCE: Between June 1 and July 18, 2017, there will be a £100 cancellation fee per person. No refunds can be made after July 18, 2017.  
  
• Cancellation of the DAY TOURS, BANQUET, or HOMESTAYS: Between June 1 and July 18, 2017, there will be a £25 cancellation fee per person. No refunds can be made after July 18, 2017. 
  
• Cancellation of all PRE- and POST-CONFERENCE TOURS: Between May 18 and June 18, there is a cancellation fee of 15% of the tour cost.  Between June 18 and July 18 there is a cancellation fee of 30%. No refunds can be made after July 18, 2017. 
• It is strongly recommended that all conference participants secure travel and medical insurance.
  

CANCELLATION BY FFI:  Friendship Force International (FFI) reserves the right to cancel the conference or an individual event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If FFI cancels an event, registrants will be offered either a full refund or an alternative option. It is strongly recommended that all conference participants secure adequate travel and medical insurance

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Friendship Force is pleased to be able to provide travel insurance policies to ALL our members worldwide.  It is strongly recommended that all conference participants secure adequate travel and medical insurance to cover trip interruption, emergencies, accidents, illness and cancellation.
