We in the ESVO are delighted to offer you an exciting workshop of high scientific value and a new diagnostic skill to take back to your daily ophthalmic practices. The workshop is titled ‘ Interferometry and Meibography’ The assessment of the corneal tear film is an area of veterinary ophthalmology that has been well known about but little assessed.  Now, with new techniques becoming available, we can increase our understanding of how the corneal tear film plays a role in ocular health and disease.

 

We are delighted that Prof. Claudio Peruccio will present the workshop and must thank SBM Sistemi for the role that they have played in making this workshop possible.

 

This will be a very practical workshop, with an initial presentation of the theoretical aspect of the subject followed by a session with many machines available on which delegates can learn the technique of interferometry and meibography.
