LATE REGISTRATIONS

All registrations after May 28th will incur a $50 late fee. Registration will end at midnight on Sunday, June 4, 2017. Walk-in registration will be available at Annual Conference and will include a $50 late fee.

Space is limited and all requests will be filled on a first come first served basis. All requests received after table space has been exhausted or after Friday, May 21, will be placed on a waitlist in the event that a group cancels their reservation.
