Poster Presentation
The maximum poster size is: 95,5 x 120,5 cm (width x height) and should be portrait style.
You can mount your poster on the corresponding poster board as of 08:30 hrs at the day of your presentation. Please remove your poster at the end of the conference day. Posters that have not been removed by the end of the day will be removed by the organising committee.
Oral Presentation
If your abstract has been selected for an oral presentation in one of the parallel sessions, please bring your presentation (on a USB) stick to your session room. We kindly ask you to upload it 15 minutes prior to the session at the computer in your session hall.Technical support will be available in every room to help you uploading your presentation.
Please note that this timeslot includes a 3 minute discussion at the end of your presentation.
