Delegate fees:
- Early bird before June 30th: DKK 3,375 / approx. € 450
- After June 30th: DKK 4,125 / approx. € 550
- Confirmed Speaker (Free single conference day participation)
- Confirmed Speaker (speakers staying for the full conference receives 50% discount) DKK 1,690 / approx. € 227
Plus 25 % VAT.
The delegate fee includes:
Sessions
Coffee and lunch breaks on 5th and 6th
Optional get together on the 4th - Canal tour and drinks
Dinner on the 5th - Carlsberg Brewery
Meeting materials
Cancellation of the registration fee: Before August 15th a fee of DKK 250 / Euro 34 will be deducted. After this date no cancellation will be done.
Liability & Insurance
The registration
fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents,
sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal
possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance
to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
