What is a Business Presentation?
The Business Presentation is an opportunity for Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultants to invite guests to learn more about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity. It is a venue for guests to hear the brand proposition, features, benefits and supporting programs which are designed to help new Consultants start their new business.
Who should attend a Business Presentation?
Anyone interested in learning more about the Rodan + Fields® opportunity should attend, including guests and Consultants.
Why should I attend a Business Presentation?
A Business Presentation is an effective way to expose guests to the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity through the voice of a market leader.
How long is the Business Presentation?
Registration typically starts at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Business Presentation from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
What can I expect to hear about during the Business Presentation?
You will learn how and why the Rodan + Fields® business model was developed, as well as understand the importance and purpose of extending the invitation to join Rodan + Fields®. You will also learn about product positioning, brand presence, the power of the Rodan + Fields® channel and how to leverage the anti-aging skincare market to become a successful Independent Business Owner.

How do I register for the Business Presentation event?

What is the cost to attend?
The cost for Consultants to attend is $10.00. Please note, we can't guarantee that an event won't sell out, so be sure to guarantee your seat and register in advance online.
What's included in the registration fee?
Registration includes a Business Presentation with our Field Development Team and, in some cases, top Field Leaders.
How can I confirm I'm registered for a Business Presentation event?
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail from your Rodan + Fields® Event Support Team with the subject line: Rodan + Fields® "Event Name": Registration Confirmation. This e-mail will serve as confirmation of your registration. If you still have questions, please e-mail canadaevents@rodanandfields.com and we will be happy to verify your registration.
May I register a guest to attend the Business Presentation with me?
Yes, bringing a guest is complimentary and highly encouraged.
May I bring a spouse to the Business Presentation? Do they need to pay?
Yes, your spouse can attend with you at no charge; however, he or she needs to be registered as a guest.
Is there a way to enter my guest's name when I register?
No. In an effort to keep track of registration numbers we encourage all guests to use the website to register for the event. Event flyers can be downloaded from the registration site to share with your potential guests.
Do I need to check in the day of the event?
Yes. Please check in at the Rodan + Fields® registration desk before entering the event.
If my guests enroll Friday night, can they attend the learning event on Saturday? If so, will they need to pay for this event?
New Consultants are encouraged to attend learning events, and if any of your guests enroll at the Business Presentation on Friday night, the subsequent learning will be complimentary. Please inform a member of the Rodan + Fields® teams at the Friday night Business Presentation so the new Consultant is added to the registration list and a seat is guaranteed.
If a guest is registered and then enrolls as a Consultant prior to the event, can they go back and re-register as a Consultant?

Can I register onsite the day of the Business Presentation?
While we can't guarantee that this event won't sellout, you can register onsite the day of the event.
Do I need to bring a printout of my confirmation to the event?
No. Check-in is done electronically. Once you arrive onsite, please check in at the Rodan + Fields® registration desk before entering the Business Presentation.
What method of payment do you accept if I register onsite?
We accept payment by credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
REFUNDS/TRANSFER
I'm unable to attend the event for which I registered; may I transfer my registration to another Consultant?
Registration is non-transferable between attendees.
What is the refund policy?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please e-mail canadaevents@rodanandfields.com for extenuating circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I registered for the wrong event; can I transfer my registration to the correct event?
Yes. Please e-mail canadaevents@rodanandfields.com and we will transfer your registration to the correct event.
MEALS
Is dinner included in the Business Presentation?
No. Please plan to have dinner before or after the event.
Will there be beverages served during the Business Presentation?
Yes. We will have water stations located throughout the room.
MISCELLANEOUS
Do I need to pay for parking? Is there a Rodan + Fields® discount offered?
Depending on the hotel or event venue, there may be a fee for parking. We will do our best to negotiate a discounted rate for our attendees; however, we can't guarantee a lower rate at all venues.
I'm spending the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered?
We do not offer a discounted room rate for the Business Presentation.

My guest(s) live in another state. Can I send them to the local event in their area without being present?
Yes. If you know a Level V Leader in your guest's location, please try to connect your guest(s) with that Leader or your local Regional Field Development Team member.
Are there onsite enrollment specials?
A new guest who enrolls at the event with the RFX Express Business Kit - $995 or Big Business Launch Kit - $695 will receive a complimentary regimen of choice.
