Social program and Congress dinner
Social program and congress dinner is NOT included in the registration fee. During registration you can make a selection if you would like to join the social program and/or congress dinner on Thursday.

Hotel reservation
In the vicinity of the Winkel van Sinkel there are several hotels where you can stay overnight. We have selected a number of hotels for you. If you want to make use of it, you can book a hotel room yourself via this link.

Payment
Payment can be processed by Maestro or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy
Registered participants unable to attend the Congress may ask for refunds. All cancellation must be addressed by writing to the Congress Secretariat: eda2018@congresscompany.com.
A cancellation fee of € 50,- will be withheld if refund is requested in writing before 14 September 2018; and no refunds will be accepted if requested after 13 September 2018, including Force Majeure. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until 30 October 2018. In this case, please inform the Congress Secretariat as soon as possible.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
After registration the following legislation applies: the cancellation rules apply after the statutory period of 14 days.
