Eventcamp Vancouver

We want to share Event Camp with as many people as possible and with the support of Sonic Foundry we are able to do just that. The virtual program will be available on Saturday, November 5th from 8:15am – 11:45am PST and Sunday, November 6th from 8:30am until 12:15pm. You will be able to join a Google Hangout with Marc Smith, or follow along on Twitter with Liz King, joining us remotely from New York City! We will share with you what is happening at Camp, as well as have programming and interviews and interactive sessions featuring you, our remote participants. Like all event camps, we will be experimenting with new formats and invite you to share in and learn from the experience.


	Liz King Owner Liz King Events As the owner of Liz King Events, Liz runs an innovative firm that creates dynamic branding events integrating the use of social media. Planning events from soup to nuts, she works with her team to create and sustain your event brand and enhance attendee engagement. She has been featured as a speaker at the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, National Association of Colleges and Employers, ExpoWest/Supply Expo and several other events as an expert on the topic of social media and events. She has also been featured in Connect Meetings Intelligence and Convene Magazine, among others.
	Marc Smith Chief Muse Amuse Consulting, Inc. Marc Smith is the Chief Muse at Amuse Consulting, Inc. He is passionate about social media – connecting people to and at events, as well as educating professionals, students and entrepreneurs about the untapped engagement power of Social Media and events. Marc is an avid speaker and has addressed audiences at Langara, BCIT, SFU and industry-related events. Marc will be engaging with our virtual audience on Saturday and Sunday morning, and actively collaborating the rest of the time!
