| Yes, replacements are allowed. To ensure that the replacement receives all requisite communications and materials, please contact Kim Davis no later than 5 business days prior to the date of that particular series module. |

| We are trying to reach a broad demographic of our membership by limiting the number of spots per institution and will only accept a maximum of two attendees per institution for this event. |
