Airport transfers between OR Tambo International Airport and the summit hotels will be available for all delegates at an additional cost. This may be booked directly with our preferred transport service provider for your convenience. Please note that your airport transfer will only be confirmed once the transport service provider has received your flight details. Please forward your e-ticket to them for verification purposes.

The transfer rate is not offered as a private service.
This transfer rate is only valid for transfers from OR Tambo International Airport to the summit hotels.
The same rate applies for a transfer from the Summit Hotels to OR Tambo International Airport.
If you would prefer a private transfer please request the rates from the transport service provider.
Transfers will only be confirmed once flight details have been supplied.
Shuttles
No hotel shuttles have been provided by the summit organisers. If this is required it must be booked directly with the hotel at an additional cost to the delegate for transport between the summit venue and hotels.
Rail Services – Gautrain
The new Gautrain Rail Services is a convenient mode of transport when arriving at OR Tambo International Airport. The Gautrain travels right into Midrand and many Midrand hotels will arrange pick-up or drop-off transfers for their guests. (If you make use of the Gautrain, please confirm your hotel transfer directly with the hotel.)
The Gautrain runs between 05h30 and 20h30 every day and the train is available every 12 to 20 minutes.

Car Hire
All major car-hire companies operate from the airport and have city depots. Several small car-hire companies offer very competitive rates. If you would like to hire a car for the duration of your stay and require assistance, please contact the Summit Secretariat for further information.
