Registration Confirmation
All delegates who have completed the online registration pages will receive a confirmation e-mail outlining the status of their registration profile.
Changes to be made to your registration profile – Unique Access Key
On completion of your online registration you will receive notification of your unique access key. This access key will also be e-mailed to the address you have provided. This access key will be used to re-access your personal record and will allow you to make any amendments to your original registration. You will be able to access your record by inserting your access key on the first registration page that is accessible via the conference website.

Registration will not be confirmed until completed information has been received by the summit secretariat via the online registration process.
The following cancellation clauses will apply:
• Cancellations must be received in writing by the Summit Secretariat and the document must indicate the full name of the registrant as indicated on the registration form as well as contact details, including e-mail address.
