Yes, although please be aware that children or extra guests are not permitted to attend any corporate-sponsored activity or meal function unless noted. Additionally, children/guests cannot take the place of a qualified IBO on any Amway-sponsored activities.
There is no charge for children under age 18 who share the same room with their parents and use existing bedding. There will be an additional charge of $75 per night, plus tax, for a third adult age 18 or older in your room. The maximum occupancy per room is three adults, or two adults and two children.
Airline reservations will begin following registration for Amway Diamond Select/Diamond Club 2022. Registration will open on October 18, 2021 and will remain open until December 1, 2021. You can register in the Diamond Lounge at Achievers.
Yes. Please email Flight.exception@amway.com or print the Flight Exception Request Form.
After your flight exception is authorized (via the Flight Exception Request Form) and you book your tickets, please fax copies of all travel itineraries (including frequent flier tickets) and passenger receipts to Amway Meetings and Events – Attn: Reimbursement at 616-682-4107. Or send them via email to flight.exception@amway.com. These documents must be received no later than January 17, 2022, to qualify for reimbursement.
We will do our best to accommodate all requests for additional hotel rooms and pre- and post-event extensions, however, these requests are subject to hotel availability. Please email your request to customerserviceevent@amway.com and note that ground transportation to and from the Kahului International airport will only be provided three days before and after the event.
Yes, we will provide ground transportation on the main arrival and departure days. Main arrival days are February 25 for Diamond Select and February 27 for Diamond Club. Departure day for all is March 4, 2022. Amway will provide ground transportation up to three days prior to arrival day and three days post departure day.
Child care services are not offered as part of the Amway Diamond Select/Diamond Club program, but child care may be available through Grand Wailea™. Visit grandwailea.com/experience/kids-teens to learn more about their offerings for kids and teens.
