Please indicate any special flight-booking requests you have in the Special Requests section during online registration. These could include requests such as booking tickets for family members, extending dates, planning for additional stops, upgrading service class, etc. You will be responsible for any additional costs, and payment must be made at the time of booking. Please note that if your special request is too extensive, Amway Meetings and Events may request that you book your own flights (see Requesting an Exception to Book Your Own Airline Tickets).

First-class eligible Diamonds who book their flights through Amway Meetings and Events may exchange the value of their first-class airfare to purchase coach tickets.  The difference up to the air allowable amount(see Air Allowable Amount) may be used toward the purchase of additional coach tickets for family members. Other downgrade incentives may be available as well. Amway Meetings and Events can provide information on available options at booking. All downgrade incentives are considered taxable income for your IBO business. Tickets booked on your own are not eligible for these options.

To ensure reimbursement, where applicable, for self-booked air travel to Amway Diamond Select/Diamond Club, you must have your flight exception approved prior to booking any flights.

• 1. Register for Amway Diamond Select/Diamond Club and select “I would like to book my own flights” during online registration.
• 2. Complete, sign, and submit the Flight Exception Request Form below.

• 3. Book your flights only after you receive confirmation from Amway Meetings and Events that your form has been received, approved, and processed.

Amway will reimburse round-trip airfare (not to exceed your air allowable amount) from your home airport to Kahului International Airport (OGG) based on the best negotiated rates Amway Meetings and Events is able to receive for your given program dates. Should you wish to use a specific airline, change your flight plan, or need specific airline flights and/or times, this could alter the cost of your airline ticket.

If for any reason you do not attend the program or you change your travel plans, you will be responsible for all charges incurred.

Once your flight exception has been approved by Amway Meetings and Events, you are eligible to be reimbursed for the ticket price paid for qualified IBO attendees, not to exceed your air allowable amount (see Air Allowable Amount).

These documents must be received no later than January 17, 2022, to qualify for reimbursement.

As a Qualified Diamond or above, you are eligible for expedited reimbursement, in which reimbursement is made at the time the airfare receipt is received by Amway Meeting and Events. Your reimbursement will then be included in your next monthly bonus payment. If for any reason you do not attend or drop out of qualification for Amway Diamond Select/Diamond Club, the amount you were reimbursed will be immediately deducted from your following bonus payment.
