What will be done with my information once it’s submitted?

Discovery/Eurosport can only use personal data that you have submitted if you have accepted the Data Privacy agreement. Access to your contact details and personal information will be restricted to Discovery/Eurosport’s Roland Garros 2017 team and their nominated event agency. It will not be passed on to anyone else.

Can I make changes to my registration details once submitted?

If you need to make amendments once your registration has been completed, please contact RolandGarros@discovery.com to speak directly with a Discovery/Eurosport team member.

What if I accept the invitation and then discover that I cannot attend?

If you are unable to attend please email us at RolandGarros@discovery.com.

Can I pass my invitation on to a business partner or family member if I cannot attend?

As a valued business partner of Discovery/Eurosport, your invitation is exclusive to you and is non-transferable.

Will I require a Visa?

Is there a dress code? What kind of clothing should I bring?

Business casual attire is recommended. As temperatures vary throughout the day, we suggest a light jacket or scarf as well.

What will the weather be like?

Average temperatures in May and June can range from 13°C – 18°C (55°F - 65°F). Mild precipitation is expected so please pack accordingly.

Will security concerns impact my experience?

For Roland Garros the Organisers and the International Security Community, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Services have developed and implemented very tight procedures and controls to ensure the safety and security of all spectators, sponsors, athletes, media and organisers. We hope that your Roland Garros experience is safe, secure and most enjoyable, and your cooperation with our staff at all times will assist us in helping you throughout the tournament.

Are there specific instructions regarding Roland Garros access?

In order to enter Roland Garros, everyone will be subject to thorough security checks. Only hand-bags and small back packs (maximum: 15 litres) will be admitted within the Roland Garros premises.
