Keynote Address 1: Ted McCain Ted is an award winning, internationally respected educator, educational consultant, presenter, and author. Through his work over the last twenty-five years as the Associate Director for Canada for The Thornburg Centre for Professional Development, Ted has helped schools, school districts, and educational organisations throughout the world deal with the issues of educational change. Today, he is continuing that effort as the Director of InfoSavvy21, an international consulting group that has worked with educators in more than 80 countries. |

Keynote Address 2: Steve Francis Steve understands the challenges and demands of working in schools. He has led a number of Queensland schools from a one teacher school through to a large metropolitan school and an international school in Hong Kong. As a professional speaker Steve presents at education conferences across Australia and internationally and is passionate about helping optimise schools, keeping things simple, achieving work-life satisfaction and supporting school leaders to reach their potential. |

Keynote Address 3: Derek Wenmoth Derek is currently director of eLearning at CORE Education, a not-for-profit education research and development organisation based in Christchurch, New Zealand. He is regarded as one of NZ education’s foremost future focused thinkers, and is regularly asked to consult with policy makers and government agencies regarding the future directions of NZ educational policy and practice. In recognition of his work in this area, Derek was designated one of 2008’s “Global Six” by the George Lucas Educational Foundation that recognises individuals making a difference in education. |

Keynote Address 4: Jill Margerison Jill has previously worked in Tokyo as an editor, writer and teacher. She holds a PhD in Political Science and International Relations from The University of Queensland and most recently she led an IBSC Action Research project on Maker Culture based on the work of educator Seymour Papert. Interested in unlocking creative potential and deeper learning through Design Thinking, Jill offers insight into a range of vibrant learning communities highlighting the value of change agents for leadership in this digital age. |
Keynote Address 5: Adrian Camm Adrian is an educator and speaker who explores the intersection of culture, learning and design. Currently Head of Teaching and Learning at The Geelong College, Adrian has previously held the role of Curriculum Innovation at Quantum Victoria, a Centre of Excellence and Innovation in Science, Technology and Mathematics.
