Claire Vyvyan
Vice President Enterprise Solutions Group, Dell EMEA

Biography Claire is Vice President of Dell’s EMEA Enterprise Solutions Group, having previously been Director and General Manager of Dell’s UK Public Sector & Large Enterprise Businesses between 2011 and 2013; and before then Dell’s Multinational Business Group in Northern Europe between 2002 and 2008. Claire is also a serving board member of Dell Corporation Limited, supports Dell’s Diversity Agenda across the UK business by executive support for the LGBT group and also co-ordinates Dell’s charitable giving agenda for the UK. Claire has also held senior leadership roles in Microsoft, Compaq and Mars Group. Claire started life out as an IT professional at ICI PLC, responsible for delivery and support of manufacturing systems, before moving across to an IT role at Mars from which she branched to roles with a more commercial focus.

Matt Baker
Executive Director of Enterprise Strategy, Dell Global

Biography Matt is the Executive Director of Enterprise Strategy for Dell’s Enterprise Solutions organization. He and his team are responsible for the development and implementation of an integrated set of business and technology strategies across the breadth of Dell’s Enterprise business including Servers, Storage, Networking, Software, and Services. In addition, Matt has held a variety of strategy, product planning, and marketing roles within Dell’s Enterprise organization. Prior to joining Dell in 2005, Matt held a variety of roles at Intel Corporation over 10 years including many years as an “end user” in Intel’s IT organization specializing in Remote Access, Network Security, and Data Centre Networking solution design. Matt drove Intel’s Technical Marketing efforts during the early development of 10GbE and iSCSI products, and worked to establish the broader iSCSI industry ecosystem by leading Intel’s participation in key interoperability and standardization efforts. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Political Science from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland.

Ravi Pendekanti

Biography
Ravi's organization is responsible for developing and bringing Dell’s flagship line of PowerEdge Servers and Converged Infrastructure systems to market. His organization covers a broad spectrum of global customers; from cloud service providers and small businesses to large enterprises and organizations all running a wide range of workloads. Most recently, Ravi served as the Vice President of the Platform Business Group at Oracle where he looked after GTM activities including Product Marketing and Sales Enablement related to the platform business that included Engineered Systems, Servers, Solaris and Networking. With over two decades of extensive global experience in the enterprise and SMB segment in both hardware (servers, storage and networking) and software, Ravi has also held leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics. He holds a MS in Computer Science and BS in Electrical Engineering.




Maurizio Riva
Sales Director EMEA Multinational Accounts, Intel Corporation


Biography Maurizio is EMEA Sales Director for Multinational Accounts EMEA in the Sales and Marketing Group at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for Intel product sales to Dell and other major partners within the EMEA Region. Maurizio joined Intel in 2001 as Business Development Manager from the Xircom acquisition. Prior to his current role, he worked as Acer Account Director for EMEA. Earlier in his Intel career, as Director of Enterprise Solutions Sales EMEA, he was responsible for enterprise business sales development and he also served as Enterprise Business Director of Intel Italy. Before that, Maurizio worked for Sun Microsystem, Novell and Selesta Networks.

Robin Kuepers

Data Center Solutions & Marketing Director Dell EMEA

Biography Robin manages the Server Centre of Competence, part of the Dell Enterprise Solutions organization. The Centre of Competence owns the Data Centre line of business-offerings and is the EMEA representation of the global product Research and Development group. As Thought Leader he is tasked with evangelizing Dell’s data centre vision and strategy to customers, partners, alliances, and influencer communities like analysts and press. He is a certified social media and community professional. Robin has been working at Dell since July 1997. He has worked in various Marketing and Enterprise Solutions roles within Dell and he served various Senior Management Teams as a people manager. Before Dell he worked for seven years at Getronics’ distribution division as a Data Centre Product & Marketing Manager and two years with Royal Dutch Telecom (KPN) as a Sr. coordinator for design, routing and deployment of special (high-bandwidth) networks. Robin has a technical background and studied Electronics.



Rob Bloemendal
Regional Sales Manager Benelux & Nordics, Nexenta

Biography Rob is Regional Sales Director Benelux and Nordics at Nexenta. He is responsible for Nexenta product sales to Dell and other major partners within the Benelux-Nordics Region. Rob joined Nexenta in January 2015. Prior to his current role, he worked as Nimble SE Manager for EMEA North. Earlier in his career, as Consulting Engineering Director EMEA at Violin Memory, he was responsible for enterprise consulting for high transactional application environments and advised CIO/CTO level how to achieve better application response times with lower TCO and risk. Before that, Rob worked for Dell, EqualLogic, HDS and EMC. Rob joined Nexenta, because he sees the value in software-defined storage and software defined VDI. It will reduce risk, complexity; it brings a high level of data integrity and at the same time a much lower cost price for the customers.



Matt Northam
Senior Solutions Architect - Western Europe, Nutanix

Biography Matt Northam's core focus is around helping Channel partners and Technical Alliance partners architect, implement and design their solutions based on the Nutanix platform. Previous to Nutanix Matt has worked at VMware and also a leading UK Government Cloud Provider where he helped architect their accredited VMware based platform.



Lee Dilworth
Principal Systems Engineer Northern EMEA, VMware

Biography Lee is a Principal Systems Engineer within the Northern EMEA region at VMware. In this role he is responsible for technical pre-sales activity relating to VMware's latest storage and availability solutions. Lee works extensively with VMware customers and partners around the world providing technical expertise in the deployment and implementation of VMware's various storage and availability solutions. Lee is also a regular speaker at VMware events including VMworld (US & EMEA), VMware User Groups and the regional vForum events.



Bob Fine
Product Marketing Director Dell Storage

Biography Bob is the Product Marketing Director for Dell Storage. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the storage industry including positions in product marketing, product management, and strategic planning. Prior to Dell, Bob was part of the early Compellent startup team which was sold to Dell in 2011. Bob has had other roles in the storage industry including Cisco, as part of their first acquisition in Storage Networking, and previously held senior product marketing and planning roles at other storage companies. Bob has a BS degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and a mini MBA from the College of St.Thomas.
