What is the cancellation policy?
- Requests for cancellations and refunds must be in writing via email. A refund will be issued, less a $25 USD processing fee, if the cancellation request is received by September 15, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2010. Email cancellation requests to rmickel@wciconferences.org. Name transfers can be made up until the day of the event.
