All hotel reservations must be made through this event registration site.  Each hotel will be provided rooming list seven days prior to event.  Hotel cancellations must be made one business day prior to your selected arrival or your credit card will be charged one night room and tax.  For hotel cancellations, email rmickel@wciconferences.org, otherwise please make all changes through registration site.
