Practical Details
Registration
The registration desk will be open:
On Monday 4 June from 13:00.
From Tuesday 5 June to Wednesday 6 June from 08:30.
On Thursday 7 June from 08:00.
Please ensure to pass by the registration desk to pick up your badge and to sign the attendance list. We ask you to wear your name badge all times during the conference for identification purposes.
Please note that access to the conference is limited to the participants who received an e-mail confirmation of their participation.
Luggage
A cloak room will be provided at the BAO Congress Center. Please note that the cloak room will not be secured.
Catering & Networking
Lunch will be taking place on 5, 6 and 7 June between 12:30 and 14:00.
Wi-Fi and Presentations
Participants can make use of the Wi-Fi network of the BAO congress center. The Wi-Fi password will be available at the registration desk.
A link to the recorded videos will be sent to all participants after the conference.
Filming and Photography
Please be aware that the conference’s sessions and events will be filmed and photographed. Participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed should notify the organisation accordingly in advance. Photos taken at the conference will be published online, a link and password to access the photo album will be sent to all participants after the conference. Each participant may, at any time, request the removal of a picture containing his or her image.
