A vital area for all solicitors to keep abreast of, contracts are the bedrock of commercial proceedings. Following the huge success of last year's seminar, join us this May to delve again into the world of Contract Law.

Having received a large number of responses to our topic survey, we have built the programme around member feedback.

  • Insight into The Scottish Law Commission’s plans for the Draft Bill on 3rd Party Rights
