Keith Donnelly Keith has been involved in construction work based learning for over 40 years. His experience includes managing the largest employer based apprentice training provider in construction, to representing the sector on a number of government committees, working parties and task forces. Keith is passionate about construction apprenticeship training and champions the involvement of employer based and independent providers in work based learning programmes. Keith is a member of the SFA technical funding and SAP/FETAG advisory groups, the Construction Skills Training and Skills Provision committees, as well as being the AELP Skills Champion for Construction.

Mike Bialyj Mike Bialyj is the Customer Services Director at CITB and was previously the Welsh National Manager. A business graduate, he was originally apprenticed and worked in the construction industry and also worked at the former South Glamorgan Training and Enterprise Council as a Business Development Manager. Mike formerly Chaired the Skills for Business Network in Wales, and was Vice Chairman of Neath Port Talbot College and a former Director of Constructing Excellence in Wales. The Customer Services Directorate is responsible for delivering construction apprenticeships across Great Britain and is graded as outstanding by Ofsted in England. It is also responsible for promoting training, giving advice and guidance to companies and engaging stakeholders throughout England, Scotland and Wales. The Directorate is also responsible for recruitment and support for all our customers. |

Tony Batchelor Having spent 15 years working in the public transport
sector, Tony joined CITB in 2003, working for the National Construction College
as a plant instructor. In 2005, he joined the CITB Skills Strategy Team in the
role he currently fulfils as a Standards and Qualifications developer.
Tony’s role involves engaging with industry stakeholders
across the four home nations, to develop National Occupational Standards, competence
and trained outcome qualifications for all occupations within the UK
construction sector. |

Graham Hasting-Evans Graham has many years senior management experience in a number of economic sectors both in the UK and internationally. He has lead several organisations through periods of major change and challenge. |

Mike Cox After 13 years in retail purchasing and supply, Mike became an assessor for apprenticeships with TBG Learning in 1999. He soon moved onto various development roles with learndirect, RNID and then LSN where he headed up the bidding and development team, helping design support programmes and research in areas including Train to Gain, Citizenship, Diplomas, Key Skills, Functional Skills and Foundation Learning. He joined AELP in February 2013. Mike is married with 2 children and lives in rural Kent. |
