Q. Where can I park my car?
A. The Diamant Building has its own parking garage, but just a limited amount. The parking fee is:
1 hour: 2,50 €
2 hours: 4,70 €
3 hours: 7,00 €
4 hours: 9,00 €
5 hours: 11,10 €
6 hours: 12,90 €
7 hours: 14,70 €
8 hours: 16,40 €
additional hours : + 1,30 €/h

Q. How can the conference location be reached by public transportation?
A. Bus and pre-metro lines have their stop at “Diamant station" under the Reyers viaduct. The Diamant Conference Centre is located a few steps further on the corner behind the bridge next to the “RTBF” radio and television tower.
From the airport +/- 30 min.): Bus line 21 direction “Ducale” or 12 direction “Luxembourg”
From the European Institutions Schuman (+/- 15 min.): Bus line 79 direction “Kraainem”
From Central Station (+/- 20 min.): Metro line 1 direction “Stockel”, stop “Montgomery”; Premetro line 25 direction “Rogier” or 7 direction “Heyzel” for 2 stops
From Midi Station (+/-30 min.): Metro line 2 direction “Simonis Elisabeth”, stop “Arts Loi”; Metro line1 direction “Stockel”, stop “Montgomery”; Premetro line 25 direction “Rogier” or 7 direction “Heyzel” for 2 stops

Q. Where do I pick up my badge?
A. You may pick up your badge at the registration desk located at the conference entrance of the Diamant Brussels Conference & Business Centre, on the 18th or 19th November.
For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference. Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk.
Q. What are the registration hours?
A. Wednesday, 18 November 13:00 – 18:00
Thursday November 08:00 – 17:00
Q. Do I need to be registered for the conference before I can book my hotel at the COCIR eHealth Summit rate?
A. No, but it is highly recommended that you register for both your hotel and conference registrations at the same time. Once you have registered for the
conference, please proceed to the hotel and travel page.
Q. Do I need a visa to enter Belgium?
A. All Nationals from the EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein do not require a Visa to enter. You need a valid passport or ID card.

Q. If I do need a visa, who do I contact to receive my Letter of Invitation?
A. To receive an official Letter of Invitation, please register and pay for the conference and then email cwuestenberg@himss.org We can only provide a Letter of Invitation and proof of conference registration, we are not able
to apply for a Visa on your behalf.
Q. What is the attire for the conference?
A. Business
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. Please note that cancellations two weeks before the event cannot be refunded, as costs for catering would already be calculated and paid in advance.
The tickets are transferable. If you cannot join the event, you can log into your registration again and change the name on the ticket.
